Merton Rise is an area of development land to the north of Basingstoke that is to become a vibrant and welcoming urban extension with places to live, work, shop and relax. The site will accommodate up to 950 homes, a neighbourhood centre, employment opportunities and open spaces. Proposal 1 is a conceptual study for Site E allocated for employment use. The scheme provides a mixed-use development comprising Hotel, Care Home and Offices, with the total of 9917 sqm GEA.
