Refurbishment and Cat A fit-out of 5 storey ( 3,373 sqm NIA ) office building located in central Wallington. Works involved redesign of the external entrance area, refurbishment of façade, new roof plant and new fit-out of interiors ( office areas, circulation cores and toilets ). The client's brief was to achieve more contemporary appearance of the building and high standards of interiors within the limited project's budget.
